1、因地制宜地拆解倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)運(yùn)營(yíng)流程里各物流成本單元，并對(duì)各成本單元的波動(dòng)進(jìn)行監(jiān)控；對(duì)于異常波動(dòng)可以通過數(shù)據(jù)工具進(jìn)行分析和判斷，同時(shí)給予業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)優(yōu)化建議； 

2、構(gòu)建優(yōu)選倉(cāng)團(tuán)隊(duì)的成本控制體系，幫助業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)合理設(shè)立成本管理目標(biāo)； 

3、能夠很好地拉通財(cái)務(wù)、業(yè)務(wù)等團(tuán)隊(duì)完成各種成本改善項(xiàng)目； 

4、對(duì)競(jìng)對(duì)的價(jià)格體系進(jìn)行調(diào)研和分析，設(shè)計(jì)菜鳥優(yōu)選倉(cāng)合理的對(duì)外報(bào)價(jià)；同時(shí)給予業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)在成本側(cè)更多對(duì)標(biāo)競(jìng)對(duì)的改善建議。

職位要求

1、能夠熟練應(yīng)用各種數(shù)據(jù)工具，對(duì)成本數(shù)據(jù)敏感。在成本分析與管控方面有至少5年以上的從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)； 

2、有過FBP，F(xiàn)P/A，BA或倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)物流經(jīng)營(yíng)分析背景的同學(xué)優(yōu)先考慮； 

3、熟悉倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)物流領(lǐng)域的物流成本單元，擅長(zhǎng)通過數(shù)據(jù)挖掘并呈現(xiàn)問題，同時(shí)也擅長(zhǎng)通過數(shù)據(jù)給予業(yè)務(wù)更多成本控制方向的指導(dǎo)，不只是純粹的損益賬目管理； 

4、有過成功驅(qū)動(dòng)物流業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)達(dá)成較好成本控制目標(biāo)的案例者優(yōu)先考慮； 

5、樂觀、皮實(shí)、自驅(qū)，溝通表達(dá)能力較好。

1、根據(jù)日常/大促的GMV規(guī)劃目標(biāo)和履約體驗(yàn)心智，規(guī)劃各區(qū)域倉(cāng)庫(kù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局、開關(guān)倉(cāng)數(shù)量、開倉(cāng)地點(diǎn)、長(zhǎng)租/臨租面積、租賃起止日期等； 

2、根據(jù)多貨主（平臺(tái)優(yōu)選，自營(yíng)優(yōu)選，全托管優(yōu)選）的庫(kù)存需求，制定相應(yīng)的倉(cāng)容需求及倉(cāng)租面積計(jì)劃，整合并融合各貨主及渠道的需求，優(yōu)化多余面積，根據(jù)各貨主及渠道的銷售策略，制定相應(yīng)的備貨策略； 

3、對(duì)倉(cāng)網(wǎng)內(nèi)活動(dòng)庫(kù)存進(jìn)行監(jiān)控管理，保障較優(yōu)周轉(zhuǎn)率的同時(shí)避免商品斷貨導(dǎo)致影響成交； 

4、推動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)監(jiān)控并持續(xù)優(yōu)化庫(kù)位fill-rate，提升存效，控制倉(cāng)租成本；

職位要求

1、熟悉B2C倉(cāng)網(wǎng)的布局基本原理，在倉(cāng)網(wǎng)規(guī)劃與優(yōu)化領(lǐng)域至少有5年以上實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；有較多成功實(shí)施過多級(jí)倉(cāng)網(wǎng)布局甚至0-1組網(wǎng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)； 

2、熟悉倉(cāng)網(wǎng)間主動(dòng)補(bǔ)貨，被動(dòng)補(bǔ)貨的系統(tǒng)邏輯和能力搭建，能夠結(jié)合日常和大促對(duì)調(diào)撥策略調(diào)優(yōu)； 

3、精于數(shù)據(jù)，擅長(zhǎng)數(shù)字化各種工具應(yīng)用并能嫻熟轉(zhuǎn)化前端GMV以及貨品貨主等元素至倉(cāng)容面積甚至庫(kù)內(nèi)貨架類型合理性設(shè)置等； 

4、有過大促前備貨備倉(cāng)的實(shí)施經(jīng)驗(yàn)；能夠給予運(yùn)營(yíng)和商務(wù)同學(xué)明確的運(yùn)營(yíng)和倉(cāng)庫(kù)租賃策略； 

5、皮實(shí)，樂觀，自驅(qū)，工作細(xì)心，追求極致的業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)果；

Position Brief: it is a regional financial planning & analyst role for business performance improvement, implementation of business strategic initiatives and tactical plans, etc. Key responsibilities: 

1、Work with finance leader to represent and oversee all aspects of regional financial reporting and related compliance. 

2、Organize to complete the annual regional business budget, track the budget implementation, analyze the input-output effect, and support the rational allocation of business resources. 

3、Review and ensure the accuracy and timeliness for monthly closing and reporting packages. Implement and maintain adequate mechanisms and forums for reviews, decision making and escalations with finance and management teams. 

4、Complete daily pricing, procurement, contract approval and other related work 

5、Evaluate technical accounting considerations relating to new business activities, collaborating with headquarters accounting team and external consultants. 6. Manage all financial policies and compliance procedures for the authorities' requirements.

職位要求

1、Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience, previous financial reporting/ finance analysis/audit experience is preferred(in addition with FP&A or BP are advantaged). 

2、Strong communication skill is required as the role involves co-ordination cross functions. Strong learning ability and initiative, able to adapt to the rapidly changing business environment. 

3、Strong business sense, integrity and decision thinking.a self-starter, being result driven and highly motivated individual, be able to cope with pressure and deliver under tight deadline between conflicting priorities. 

4、ACCA / CMA/CIMA or equivalent certifications and knowledge of reporting requirements. 

5、Experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce is preferred. 

6、English proficiency is necessary, speaking Chinese are plus.
