江湖不再有2M聯(lián)盟

據(jù)壹航運(yùn)剛剛獲悉：今天，馬士基發(fā)布官方公告稱，地中海航運(yùn)公司(MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company)和馬士基雙方一致同意，全球最大航運(yùn)聯(lián)盟--2M聯(lián)盟將于2025年1月起終止運(yùn)營(yíng)！

在聯(lián)合聲明中，A.P.穆勒-馬士基首席執(zhí)行官柯文勝先生(Vincent Clerc)和地中海航運(yùn)首席執(zhí)行官索倫·托夫特先生(Soren Toft)表示：

“地中海航運(yùn)和馬士基認(rèn)識(shí)到，自兩家公司于 2015 年簽署為期 10 年的聯(lián)盟協(xié)議以來(lái)，情況發(fā)生了很大變化，終止2M聯(lián)盟運(yùn)營(yíng)將為兩家公司繼續(xù)追求各自的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展鋪平道路。我們非常感謝此前建立的伙伴關(guān)系，并期待在協(xié)議的剩余時(shí)間內(nèi)繼續(xù)進(jìn)行強(qiáng)有力的合作。在此期間，我們?nèi)匀恢铝τ跒榈刂泻：竭\(yùn)及馬士基的客戶提供 2M 聯(lián)盟服務(wù)?！?/p>

今天的聲明對(duì)目前2M聯(lián)盟航線服務(wù)沒(méi)有直接影響。兩家公司的客戶服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)將與各自的客戶進(jìn)行溝通，在此期間和在 2M 聯(lián)盟逐步終止期間為其提供幫助。

2M 聯(lián)盟相關(guān)背景：

• 2M是集裝箱航運(yùn)公司共艙協(xié)議(vessel sharing agreement)

• 2015年，馬士基和地中海航運(yùn)簽訂協(xié)議，旨在確保在亞歐、跨大西洋和跨太平洋航線上能夠進(jìn)行有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、成本效益高的運(yùn)營(yíng)

• 2M聯(lián)盟協(xié)議為期10年，如終止，需要提前2年通知

2M alliance between Maersk and MSC to discontinue in January 2025

We are writing to inform you that following a thorough evaluation process, Maersk and MSC have mutually agreed to discontinue the 2M alliance, set to end in January 2025.

At Maersk, we are dedicated to improving our customers’ logistical networks and accessibility. We believe we will more efficiently deliver on the evolving needs of customers, such as the importance of reliability, flexibility, and sustainability in all aspects of logistics. We will seek to minimise any disruptions to the 2M network leading up to termination in 2025.

MSC has been a valuable partner and we look forward to a continued strong collaboration throughout the remainder of the agreement period.
