職位描述

1、采購管理：為業(yè)務(wù)需求解決物流要素的所有資源（人力，倉資源，配送資源，車隊，設(shè)備，辦公類，耗材物料類采購資源，日常費用類，例如水電費，網(wǎng)絡(luò)，維修等費用），建立資源池，招采更多可以滿足業(yè)務(wù)需求和市場競爭力的物流要素資源； 并制定流程，建立制度及落地實施；

2、中臺支持：統(tǒng)籌管理綜合支持的各項工作計劃的制定、優(yōu)化、落地、監(jiān)督，確保部門業(yè)務(wù)的高效運轉(zhuǎn)； 

3、成本管理：統(tǒng)籌倉配各成本結(jié)構(gòu)（人力，倉租，車隊，物料耗材、資產(chǎn)折舊、辦公耗材、水電網(wǎng)扥費用控制，以及費用結(jié)算，財報分析，成本分析，并通過數(shù)據(jù)分析能挖掘機會點，并推動落地；

4、 體系建設(shè)：制定、完善和自營體系的成本管理、考核制度，對資源體系內(nèi)業(yè)務(wù)熟悉，有能力、有方法對業(yè)務(wù)進行增值，降本的轉(zhuǎn)化； 

5、對倉配資源進行培訓(xùn)、賦能、整合，形成可以有效補充、穩(wěn)定運營、持續(xù)發(fā)展的自營資源體系；

職位要求

1、熟悉倉資源招采流程，具有較強的商務(wù)談判能力，有區(qū)域倉儲資源尤佳； 

2、 具有良好的溝通能力，協(xié)調(diào)能力和執(zhí)行力； 

3、具備合同撰寫和風(fēng)險控制能力，熟悉結(jié)算規(guī)則和流程，有招投標經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先； 

4、有經(jīng)營和管理意識，有較強的責(zé)任心。

1、Learn and understand Cainiao internal product/system structure and capability, working closely with Cainiao Europe/Spain team ,find/analysis product requirement, responsible for PRD and product/system implementation. Meanwhile plan longterm product strategy base on business target and understanding of the market. 

2、Familier with Europe/Spain logistics service market, conduct merchant/customer survey, design product/system which meets market need. 3、Deep dive into operation process and information system of each operation sector , including WMS, sorting center, TMS, last mile delivery etc. Provide product solution base on business requirement, pro-actively optimise system function/user experience, improve operation efficiency. 

4、Demonstrated ability to drive product planning, project management, and project deployment in a complex environment. Work closed with technical team, BD/Operation team, bill finance, legal, customer service team etc. Responsible for the project result as product owner.

職位要求

1、3+years of experience on supply chain, e-commerce logistics or internet industry product/system design or business analysis. 

2、Familiar with Europe/Spain logistics market, last mile delivery or cross-border logistics and related product/system solution. Fluent in Spanish,English and Chinese, proficient in two of the above languages, including verbal, reading, and writing. 

3、Strong commercial sense and vision, quickly understand business requirement, provide product/system solution, coordinate resources and implement the solution. 

4、Strong communication skills, document writing, good presentation skill, ability to work ,coordinate cross team/department. Ability to work under multi-culture environment, under high pressure and tight timelines. 

5、Self-learning ,target driven , self-motivated and focus.

1、深入理解本地物流業(yè)務(wù)，參與需求分析，設(shè)計技術(shù)方案。針對中小型需求，提供合理的技術(shù)方案。 

2、 編寫核心代碼，具備指導(dǎo)新同學(xué)的能力，一起實現(xiàn)技術(shù)方案。 

3、參加安全生產(chǎn)、架構(gòu)治理和大促保障，發(fā)現(xiàn)性能問題、架構(gòu)問題或技術(shù)難題，并參與解決。 

4、 設(shè)計技術(shù)方案的時候，做一定的前瞻性思考，并規(guī)劃落地路徑。

職位要求

1、計算機相關(guān)專業(yè)，3年以上Java EE項目開發(fā)經(jīng)驗。

2、扎實的編程基礎(chǔ)，熟悉Java開發(fā)語言，熟悉JVM、web開發(fā)、緩存、分布式架構(gòu)、消息中間件等核心技術(shù)。 

3、熟悉Java EE相關(guān)的主流開源框架，了解它們的原理和機制，如Spring、mybatis、netty等。 

4、熟悉MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)，有一定的SQL優(yōu)化經(jīng)驗。有NoSQL使用經(jīng)驗。 

5、思路清晰，有良好的溝通能力和學(xué)習(xí)能力。 

6、通過英語4級，可閱讀英文資料，可撰寫英文的技術(shù)文檔。
