溝通并了解客戶(hù)需求,為其提供合適的研究報(bào)告或服務(wù)建議,并幫助客戶(hù)順利完成報(bào)告訂閱,包括其中可能涉及的一些行政工作
幫助客戶(hù)與德路里專(zhuān)家交流,協(xié)助解決客戶(hù)的問(wèn)題
維護(hù)現(xiàn)有客戶(hù),維系與客戶(hù)的長(zhǎng)期合作,并推動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)增長(zhǎng)
了解市場(chǎng)客戶(hù)情況,開(kāi)拓新的業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會(huì),推進(jìn)與新客戶(hù)的聯(lián)系交流
與德路里其他地區(qū)的客戶(hù)服務(wù)和市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作,維護(hù)德路里內(nèi)部客戶(hù)管理平臺(tái)上的信息更新
協(xié)助倫敦的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)部門(mén)主管,準(zhǔn)備并實(shí)施德路里在中國(guó)市場(chǎng)的宣傳計(jì)劃安排,包括但不限于推廣材料的本土化翻譯、提出符合當(dāng)?shù)厥袌?chǎng)的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)策略建議等
發(fā)掘、建立并管理德路里在中國(guó)的宣傳媒介,例如與業(yè)內(nèi)媒體的溝通交流、微信平臺(tái)/視頻號(hào)的管理等
5年及以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有海事背景者優(yōu)先
優(yōu)秀的溝通技巧,擅長(zhǎng)建立和保持良好關(guān)系
有能力解讀客戶(hù)需求并提出解決方案
可靠,具有高度的自主性
結(jié)果導(dǎo)向,擁有對(duì)成功的渴望
本科及以上學(xué)歷,有海外工作或?qū)W習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先

What we offer
This is an exciting opportunity within the fast-moving and diverse world of international shipping. You will be primarily responsible for the promotion of the Drewry brand and sales of Drewry research services in China, with a particular focus on building closer relations with existing clients through a structured account planning process and winning new business and raising the profile of the Drewry brand among priority target audiences in China. You will work with a professional team in a supportive and collaborative way, and your contributions will be a key part of the activities supporting the business plan in the local market.
Communicate and understand customers’ needs, offer corresponding publications or services, and support customers’ smooth subscription progress, including admin works.
Coordinate between clients and Drewry experts to support clients in problem-solving.
Responsible for the maintenance of existing clients, to keep long-term relationships and drive profitable growth.
Improve intel against China-based contacts/accounts, identify key growth opportunities and advance the relationships with customers.
Maintain record of all interactions and conversations with clients and prospects in the Drewry CRM platform, coordinating closely with the customer services and marketing team in other regions.
Working with the head of marketing in London, prepare and execute marketing plan and schedule of activity for Drewry in China market, including but not limited to localizing group company’s marketing materials and suggesting ideas for suitable local tactics.
Identify, establish and manage relationships with priority local industry/trade publications and media/communications channels like Wechat platform.
5 years working experience. Maritime background is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, and an ability to build up and maintain good relationships with people.
Ability to decode customer needs and propose solutions.
Highly self-motivated and reliable.
Result-driven and hungry for success.
Bachelor degree or above. Overseas experience preferred.
Mandarin fluent, English business level for both written and oral English.
